Contact, appointment requests and client records

If you use the contact or appointment form, we process your name, phone number and optionally email, requested service, preferred time and message in order to reply and plan appointments (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We store this data in our salon backend. Invoices are retained for the legally required period.

Hosting and email

The website and database run on a Hetzner Online server in Germany. Transactional emails may be sent via Resend. This is processing on behalf under Art. 28 GDPR.

Cookies

The public website does not use tracking cookies. The admin area requires a technically necessary session cookie.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps

If you open WhatsApp, Instagram or directions in Google Maps, the privacy notices of those providers (Meta or Google) apply. We do not embed social plugins, tracking pixels or maps; those services load only when you use the link or button yourself.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
